At Tibr (officialtibr.com) we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we handle when you use the site or app.

Data we collect

  • No account required — browsing the site and app needs no sign-up, and we do not collect your name or phone number.
  • Your preferences (language, dark mode, country) are stored locally on your device (localStorage) and never reach us.
  • Your email — only if you give it to us. If you subscribe to the daily newsletter or set a price alert, we store your email (plus the karat and target price for an alert) for one purpose: sending you those messages. We do not use it for anything else, sell it, or share it. Ask us to delete it any time at contact@officialtibr.com and we remove it within 30 days.
  • In the app, if you enable notifications we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send price alerts — not linked to your identity.

Data sources

Gold, currency and crypto prices come from third-party data providers. These prices are for information only, may differ from actual market prices, and are not financial or investment advice.

Cookies & analytics

We use no tracking ads. We may use aggregate, non-identifying analytics to improve the service.

Service providers

To run the site your browser connects directly to third parties that see your IP address as a consequence of that connection: Cloudflare (hosting for the price and news service) and CoinGecko (crypto prices, used as a fallback). Fonts are served from our own servers, so your browser contacts no third party to load them. We send them no personal data, and we never share your email with any of them.

Data security

All traffic uses encrypted HTTPS. We do not sell your data or share it with any third party for marketing.

YouTube (YouTube API Services)

We publish gold price videos to Tibr's official YouTube channel using YouTube API Services. This is an internal tool used only for our own channel: we never ask visitors or app users to connect their YouTube accounts, and we do not access any user's YouTube data.

By using our content on YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. You can revoke any app's access to a Google account at the Google security settings page.
